DEPOSITS: A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied to your service.

SCHEDULE: You are responsible for rescheduling/canceling your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment on the Enhanced Desires website. Calls/Text are not accepted methods of cancellations.

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations that are made after the 24 hour grace period will result in your debit/credit card being charged 50% off the remaining balance

LATE: Due to the time allotted for each appointment, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late , a $15 late fee will apply. Running more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled, your deposit forfeited, and you will be charged the cancellation fee

NO CALL - NO SHOW: All No Call - No Shows will result in your debit/credit card being charged 100% of the remaining balance
